What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with project teams, internal staff, and clients to ensure all financial aspects of projects adhere to contracts, company policies, and client expectations.
  • Develop detailed budgets for assigned projects.
  • Prepare quarterly valuations and cost-to-complete exercises.
  • Manage sub-contractor payments, final accounts, and orders.
  • Conduct on-site measurements and verify contractor payments.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings, including pre-order discussions, quarterly valuation reviews, and project updates.
  • Oversee sub-contract orders and manage communication with sub-contractors.
  • Manage all commercial activity related to contract variations.
  • Assist with material procurement as needed.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • Experience working on medium and large-scale roofing projects
  • Excellent client relationship management skills and a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of JCT contract formats.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and negotiate effectively.
  • The ability to present complex financial data to senior management.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
  • A consultative approach that allows you to understand client needs and deliver solutions.
  • The ability to identify revenue opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • A team player with the initiative to work independently.
