Kingsley Roofing London played a pivotal role in the multi-million pound redevelopment of Fairfield Halls, a renowned arts center in Croydon, South London.

Tasked with extensive waterproofing across existing and new roofs and podiums, Kingsley delivered upgraded, thermally insulated roofs and balconies whilst exceeding expectations. Our approach was meticulous. A comprehensive work programme, coupled with regular communication and weekly meetings, ensured every aspect aligned with the agreed outcomes.

This adaptability was crucial, as the team tackled varied waterproofing methods from bitumen felt to liquid solutions and carpentry works to metal roofing, catering tot he project's diverse needs.

This proactive approach extended to safety protocols, with Kingsley personnel adhering to strict H&S guidelines and minimising disruption throughout the project Vinci, the project lead, recognised our team’s outstanding performance.
